S’more Bananas

We tried this on our last camping trip and wow!  We didn’t have Cinnamon Toast Crunch or graham crackers so we just ate it with chocolate chips and marshmallows.  I also didn’t have mini marshmallows so I just pulled apart large ones and stuffed it into the banana.  They turned out ooey and gooey.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 4 tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 4 tbsp Mini Marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal or crushed Graham Crackers
  • Foil

Instructions

  1. Slice the length a peeled banana only going halfway through.
  2. Place on foil
  3. Stuff banana with chocolate chips and marshmallows
  4. Wrap in foil creating a little packet.
  5. Grill bananas until marshmallows are melted and/or toasted about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and top bananas with cereal or crackers and serve.
